Mission Mindset

Jesus said, “Go and make disciples of all nations…” 

This command was not for a select few who are called to go to the far corners of the world. It is a command for every follower of Christ. Some may physically go to a far country. For others the call may be to pray fervently or to support those who serve on distant shores. Still others invest their time in getting to know people from many nations who have come to Baton Rouge to study or find employment.

As people who follow Christ, we not only seek to obey his command but also to develop his heart for the nations. We begin to adjust our lives and our lifestyles to further the great commission as we seek to develop a mission mindset.
