is the strategic plan for a ten-year vision. By the year 2030, we aim to equip and send 300 people into ministry—100 of those to Unreached, Unengaged People Groups (UUPGs). To support this vision, The Chapel needs to grow to be a church of 3,000 people.

Grow to Geaux was the first three years of a ten year vision. By the year 2030, we aim to equip and send 300 people into ministry—100 of those to Unreached, Unengaged People Groups (UUPGs). To support this vision, The Chapel needs to grow to be a church of 3,000 people, and in order to grow to this capacity, we needed to focus on three things — upgrading facilities, creating a leadership pipeline, and fueling missions.

In order to accommodate our vision, we Upgraded Facilities at both of our locations to increase our growth capacity.
In order to accomplish our vision of sending, we created a Leadership Pipeline, the equipping and developing of people to be leaders within the church as well as in neighborhoods, classrooms and workplaces in the city and around the world.
In order to accelerate our vision of an increased sending capacity, we Fueled Missions, infusing our global missions fund with needed resources to help send and support those who are preparing to go to the mission field.
