NOVEMBER 15 - DECEMBER 13

The mission of the Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank is to feed the hungry in Baton Rouge and surrounding parishes by providing food and educational outreach through faith based and other community partners. We are partnering with the Food Bank again this holiday season through the Out of the Box Food Drive! Pick up a box from the display in the lobby and fill it with nonperishable items to donate (a sample list of items to fill the box is below).

Purchase items and fill a box as family or fill boxes together as a Community Group. Invite friends, neighbors, or coworkers to participate! This is a great opportunity to meet tangible needs in our community this holiday season.

Drop off your filled box(es) by Sunday, December 13th!‍ ‍

♦ 1 Container of Dried Drink Mix

♦ 2 Boxes of Mac and Cheese

♦ 1 Box of Pasta

♦ 1 Jar of Peanut Butter

♦ 1 Jar of Jelly

♦ 2 Cans of Chicken

♦ 1 Can of Tuna

♦ 1 Bag of Rice

♦ 2 Cans of Soup

♦ 2 Cans of Vegetables (Corn, Green Beans, Peas)
