We are so excited that you want to participate in Parent Child Dedication at The Chapel. The next Parent-Dedication Services will be held on Sunday, October 18th at 9AM & 10:45AM at both our LSU and Siegen Locations. 

Our Chapel NextGen Ministry wants to equip and support you as you begin your parenting journey of spiritually nurturing your child. Completing this form will register you for both the REQUIRED Parent/Child Dedication class (choose to attend either the class on September 27th at Siegen at 9AM or October 4th at LSU at 9AM) and for the Parent-Child Dedication Service that you would like to participate in. We are limited to 5 children per service per location. The completed registration form is the only way that we will be able to reserve a spot for you and your child. If you have attended a class in the past 3 years you do not need to attend the class.
